The public lighting concessions provide for concessionaires to generate ancillary revenues from the lighting assets.

This includes all lighting related infrastructure: light posts, power to the posts, municipal ducts, fiber and city-wide connectivity network.

The first step in ancillary revenues is the established, but quickly growing, market for small cell telecom towers for the build out of 4G & 5G networks
